Telecom Management
Telecom projects are generally very complex and they need to be managed by someone who has very specific telecom skill set. The typical Project Manager is not familiar with the various technologies, such as T1,T3, Switching, PBX, RCF and VoIP nor are they intimate with the provisioning processes, vendor roles and the timelines associated with implementation from each individual vendor.
Telecom project experience:
- Our Telecom Project Managers have telecom project experience and understand the multiple parties involved, their problems and their constraints.
- We can construct a “customer oriented” project schedule that combines the schedules of all the parties, recognizes the cross boundary task relationships, defines the multi party “critical path” and optimizes the project time line.
- We will define each party’s tasks, deliverables and responsibilities along with the requisite quality standards required for acceptance
- We have the experience to identify project “risks”, monitor them and develop contingency plans.
