Service Level Agreement (SLA):
Port availability SLA – Sprint offers a 100% port availability SLA for customers within the United States with enhanced Broadband Metropolitan Area Network (BMAN) local access. All other Sprint customers receive the standard 99.9% port availability SLA .
Sprint credits the customer for up to 100% of the monthly port charge if service is unavailable. On outages of an hour or less, depending on access type, the customer receives a 3-day, pro-rated monthly port charge credit. On outages over an hour, the customer receives an additional day credit for each hour the outage persists up to 100% of the monthly port charge.
Delay SLA – Sprint offers a regional monthly average backbone delay SLA . In the unlikely event of SLA violation, Sprint credits customers for 3 days of the monthly port charge.
Packet Loss SLA – Sprint offers a monthly average backbone packet loss SLA of up to 0.1% depending on the specific region and services being used by the customer. In the unlikely event of SLA violation, Sprint credits customers for 3 days of the monthly port charge.
Data Delivery Rate SLA – Sprint offers a monthly average backbone data delivery rate SLA of 99.9% for SprintLink Frame Relay service. In the unlikely event of SLA violation, Sprint credits customers for 3 days of the monthly port charge.
